1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using GreenTea (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old [REVIEW: confirm minimum age] to use the Service, and you must provide accurate registration information.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must verify your email address to use certain features. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content;
• spam, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the Service’s limits (such as the daily character limit or daily post cap) or its security;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload malware or interfere with the Service’s operation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant GreenTea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

7. Advertising and “Impact”

Ads on GreenTea are opt-in; they are off by default. If you opt in, you may accumulate Impact, an in-app contribution counter. Impact is representational only — it has no monetary value, is not redeemable, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. It is a record of participation, not a currency.

8. Non-profit and donations

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenTea and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
